18V Hydraulic Cordless Press Tool B500

The next generation of Cembre hydraulic battery-powered tools represents a significant, advantageous development of the current models. The tried-and-tested B51 served as the basis for the further development of the B500 with 63 kN pressing force. This means that a wide range of pressing inserts from the 50 kN range up to 300 mm² are available.

Commercially available tubular cable lugs of the HR series

The HR cable lugs are made of electrolytic copper with a copper content of more than 99.9%.

All cable lugs are annealed again after mechanical processing to ensure correct crimping.

The cable lugs are then electrolytically tinned.

The dimensions correspond to the standard for electrical conductivity and mechanical stress.

Hydraulic battery-powered cutting tool B-TC650-SC

The hydraulic cordless cutting tool B-TC650-SC with double piston hydraulics has been specially developed for cutting copper, aluminum, telephone cables and NKBA cables up to a maximum diameter of 65 mm.

The cutting blades are made of high-quality material that ensures a long service life.

The open head makes it easier to work in hard-to-reach places. Good handling is ensured by the head being able to rotate by 180°.

The hydraulic cable cutter is equipped with a pressure relief valve that prevents overload.

A pressure relief button ensures easy handling of the tool at all times.

The battery is equipped with an LED display.

By pressing the button on the battery, the remaining battery life is displayed.

The noise and vibrations are very low during operation.
