Elektrotechnik offers an attractive platform for more than 10,000 craft businesses in the electrical and information technology and electrical engineering sectors in North Rhine-Westphalia. These represent 18 percent of electrical craft businesses in Germany and generate over 25 percent of the industry's nationwide turnover.
